Terms and conditions

PERFORMER acknowledges that in order to work as a webcam performer for STORM CITY MODELS you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions below and you certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD when making your application.

 

1. STORM CITY MODELS are a webcam recruitment agency who offers a safe online platform where individuals can host live video chat sessions to paying clients. All models are independent operators working from their own home studio. You will work through stormcitymodels.com on a self-employed contracted basis. The Terms of this contract constitute a binding legal agreement between Storm City Models and the person who will be hosting live video chat sessions.

 

2. STORM CITY MODELS will be responsible for paying your wages , Our agency fee is 20% and you will be solely responsible for paying any government taxes such as insurance contributions and income taxes calculated or derived in any way from your appearance through STORM CITY MODELS.

 

3. The PERFORMER agrees if he/she is offering webcam services through stormcitymodels.com the PERFORMER must be actively working on a regular basis or the PERFORMERS model account will be removed from offering webcam services and any outstanding credits owed may be forfeited.

 

4. If the PERFORMER wishes to leave he/she must contact the agency manager with 1 weeks notice of leaving, we can then either delete your profile from the site or keep your profile inactive in case you wish to return at a further date. Please do not deactivate your profile without contacting your agency manger or any credits you have earned that's pending may be forfeited.

 

5.  PERFORMER must follow all broadcasting rules when broadcasting live shows over the network. Stormcitymodels.com will go through the broadcasting rules during the set up call. These rules can also be found in your profile area. If you fail to follow the broadcasting rules your account may be closed without any prior notice with loss of earnings.

 

6. ALL PERFORMERS Will be paid one week in arears and then weekly on a Friday. UK PERFORMERS will be paid by bank wire transfer in to a UK bank account held in the performers name.  Wires are sent to your bank account by faster payment every Friday. International models will be paid via Paxum.

 

7. PERFORMER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless stormcitymodels.com against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out of performer's breach of the Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Whilst STORM CITY MODELS will offer you technical support where possible we take no responsibility for the quality of your studio hardware. STORM CITY MODELS will comment where necessary on the picture quality, sound quality and connection speed transmitted from your home studio and advise, if applicable, how this may be changed or improved.

 

STORM CITY MODELS reserves the right to modify and/or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
